Birdman's New Tat

SMH..."Ima Uber Winner and they ALL Fail!" - Willy Dope

Real Life Fight Club?

So this is the clip that's been shown across just about every single media outlet under the sun of a fight that broke out at the AC 40/40 Club. bout 10 bouncers and 2 dudes #yallloseatlife

My thing is, why is everyone acting like this is the first time there's been a fight in a club? I mean I was at the 40/40 in the City not to long ago and it was looking like Wrestlemania in there... #ShawnCarterShrug

Fucked up for them, but i tell you what...i'd love to be in DJ Zeke's shoes right now

Blame It On The Label…

So Wale only sold 28k his first week. His Manager claims the LP was undershipped. In a quote from XXL, Wale’s Manager said…

”Wale’s the type of artist who is bigger than the metrics (radio) say he is,” Weisman said. “That puts the label in a tough position in terms of physical distribution and because of twitter we are able to hear direct feedback from the fans about the problems they had actually finding the CD. But 64% of Wale’s sales came from digital outlets which makes sense for Wale. It’s a testament to Interscope and their confidence in Wale’s brand that they put the record out without a big single.”

Here’s my thing…I believe its just the climate that the industry is in. No im not trying to start any “hip hop is dead” convo because its certainly not…what im saying is that its getting harder and harder for newer hip hop acts to break in and make a huge splash. Consumers aren’t even buying album’s from established “stars” in hip hop (Fat Joe sold 8K his first week for “J.O.S.E. 2”, Rick Ross’ crew Carol City Cartel sold 12k of their debut). I gotta say though I am very surprised with Wale’s numbers, I thought he’d do ATLEAST 50k. I mean dude had the VMAs gig, single with Lady Gaga which they shot a video for, a follow up singer with that Gucci Mane guy that’s popular with the kids nowadays and is on tour with Jay “no reason a man should be this good at rapping” Z. Wale…hold ya head…hip hop fans…support good music.

NYCThruMe - Fight Breaks Out On Stage At Ghostface Album Release Party

See this is why having 3527365272151 people on stage during the performance isnt always a good thing. Not too sure why the fight broke out, im guessing someone didnt want to get off stage when they were asked to. Needless to say dude got layed out and went home with an EMT.

Ghost continued to do his thing dispete the disruption. Fighting on stage while ya dude is putting on a performance at the same time? That's Hip-Hop

Kanye's At It Again...Interrupts President Obama...

SMH seems like Kanye's wrath knows no bounds....

DEAD lol but really....like the thousands of people that watched the show and tweeted about it last night, I was embarrassed by the downright deplorable actions of Mr. West last night. Poor Taylor Swift looked like she had no idea what to do after Kanye climb on stage and grabbed the microphone out of her hand. Her moment was taking and her heart, broken. Thats fucked up Ye' very fucked up.....although i will say this, Taylor Swift is definitely a bigger star today than she was yesterday morning....

Here's the vid in case you been under a rock

Joe Budden/Raekwon (Play by Play)

So backstage at the LA stop of the "Rock The Bells" concert, Joe Budden was "Live Vlogging" with rapper Mickey Factz when Raekwon walks in with about 6 other dudes and a video camera.

Mickey stops the feed for a bit and they go live again with this.

Apparently, someone (NOT Raekwon) gave Joey a lump around his right eye. Watching the live feed myself after the altercation Joey was heard talking with his team about what happened and then gets a phone call from who im ASSUMING was a fellow member of Slaughterhouse.

Joey mutes the volume while on the phone, comes back and tells everyone to get they popcorn cause its about to be a show. the live feed is paused again (and for the rest of the night im assuming, i fell asleep)

Bout a hour later, right before Slaughterhouse is set to perform, all of this takes place backstage.

After Slaughterhouse's performance, Joey Tweets and Twitpics this...

And everyone goes home unharmed...well except for ol Mouse here....anyway Mickey Factz gives his side of what happened when the camera went off, or Pause'd (no pun intended)

Shouts to Nahright and Missinfo for some of the information

Not Wavy...

Max B got sentenced this morning on 9 of 11 counts for a botched robbery and murder that took place back in 2006. His lawyer has issued this statement.

“Max B would like to first thank all his family, friends and fans that have supported him throughout this trial. Please don’t give up on him at this point. Although the jury has spoken and Max has been convicted of felony murder, kidnapping, robbery and conspiracy a swift and successful appeal shall follow. It is inconceivable that a jury would convict Max under the facts presented by the State. Even Gina Conway the State’s own witness testified that Max knew nothing of a robbery.Ms. Conway, a jilted lover and proven liar, said so at the trial itself. Max said after the verdict was read that he is confident that justice will eventually be served and he will be free. Max intends to continue putting out music for his fans while the appeal process grinds along. Although shocked by the verdict, Max remained grateful.”

Damn kid...hold ya head
